Any amphibians or reptiles in this movie?

I know there's the fish/reptilian-looking dude wearing a costume... but are there any real lizards, snakes, frogs, etc. that I need to know about in this movie? One look at their ugly mugs and I get creeped out for days.

Yes, an amphibian. The actor playing the amphibian did a great job. It must have been very difficult.
