Smurfs charges dropped?

Didnt she tell the detective she would give her boys up in exchange for her freedom? He asked her" What would I get?" and she said "My Boys". Well, what happened to that storyline?

The heists they do are not credible. No cops, no front pages, just an everyday occurance, and then Smurf makes breakfast. Shes my favorite character though..Should have had her have a better story in prison though.
Pope, although he murdered Cathy, is the most tortured on on the show.
I really hoped we would get a backstory on all the boys and of Smurf.. They need to have some flashbacks of all their childhoods.
And now Jay became a lunatic overnight, whispering in Smurfs ear at the end. Just didnt seem credible to me, but I will watch if theres another season.
