This shows better then expected
It moved past bcs as my 2nd favorite show behind breaking bad.this shows very underrated and getting better
shareIt's creative. I'll give it that. Still waiting for the Cody's to take a serious beatdown versus spilling a motorcycle and spending the night in the lockup. Smurf going to war against Javi? Why wait so long knowing how volatile the guy is. We know that the writers will have Smurf and her misfit boys whip Javi even though it should be far more even in terms of odds. Dummy J probably will sleep through his wake up call that crime is not a long term career plan. Even dumber girl can't figure out that there is no future with the Cody's never mind being a receptacle for the Cody's body fluids.
shareSo Javi's crew sells him out for probably not much more than Javi was going to pay them based on Javi getting the 300,000 dollars. This is indicated by Javi's explanation that it would be hard for him to go to his crew with 200,000 total. Javi probably had himself down for 100,000-150,000 dollars. It's easy to push the idea "well, they decided they needed a new leader" until you consider that in the real world that opens a precedent that every time you don't get your way why not whack the leader. If criminals were such geniuses then they would not need a leader but operate as individuals and team up for the heavy lifting when it occurs. One of the good ideas being used is that a criminal gets fed up taking orders and decides to break with the team with the Cody boys playing that part. Still waiting for that clan to take a serious fall versus a little bleeding and spilling a bike.
