And then there was the scene where he carries her body away to dump it...

It was so completely reminiscent of the scene in the movie where the Australian version of Pope killed the Australian version of Nicki...

I really thought that Nicky would die in the same way that she did in the movie. Genuinely surprised me. Poor Catherine.

Great ninth episode, seems like there's going to be a second series... the way things are going, I can't wait to see how they manage it, seems like *beep* is gonna go south in the last episode!

Nikki might expire yet,,she is not in the show next season.

Is there a confirmation about the cast for the next season? I do think that Nikki's storyline maybe over by the season finale. My bet is that Paul is going to cross the Cody, and J will emd up saving their ass.

No confirmation on cast yet, but the actress got another job on a sitcom.

No, she got a job in a movie, not a TV show.
So she could still potentially be in next season, would just depend on the filming schedule.

I think J has written her off after she said she banged Craig.

Personally, I don't think Nicki had sex with Craig. She was just trying to hurt him, as he hurt her. I think we'd have seen it if she did... this show isn't afraid of showing us the characters having sex.

That's kind of what I was thinking. She said it just to hurt him so then J will be tempted to rat. He'll find out later Craig didn't fuck her and then he'll back out of cooperating with the cops.

Sure, How much of that is genuine and how much is that they are using each other is a different story( Craig to play Paul, Nicky to make J jealous).

How do you just jump to murder just thinking she's a rat with no proof. Pope is obsessed with her - how does one conversation with mom convince him?

In my high school there were 4 ppl that became law enforcement and more than a dozen who have done time. We all commingled at our reunions. If they ran into each other and a kid asked to see the cop car I'm sure they would. Doesn't make them rats.

She still took money behind the dryer and had her luggage ready. More than enough to convince anyone she was rating. In fact, everything was there to prove she was except she decided not too.
