Alexa

I really really don't like Alexa's character at all... She's nothing but A weasel that's trying to save her own Hyde

reply

Well in her case I don't blame her at all. People do this all of the time become informants to save themselves from their own crimes.

She claims she's doing what's best for J though, but that's hardly the case.. She's going to get him killed.. I hope Pope murders her sorry a....

reply

I think the student-teacher relationship will prevent whatever J tells the cops from being used against his family.

reply

Yeah, good point.. The male cop even knew that what they were doing to J was wrong.. She had that possession felony, but her sleeping with A minor is kinda worse.. Alexa is trash, I hope she's gone next season..

reply

Both these detectives are such underwhelming characters and the casting could've been better.

I have to agree!

I am a high school teacher. There is no privilege between a teacher and student in the courtroom...anything he has told her and is on the wire they could probably use if it is otherwise admissible. BUT she will definitely lose her job if a) she is charged with possession of heroin, or b) she is discovered to have had sex with a student. In fact, because J is only 16, she may also face legal charges ... statutory rape by a person in authority. These cops are really crazy. Alexa should have seen a lawyer before making any moves against J at all.

I agree.

This is going to end BAD for all three of them.

He's 17...does that matter? :)

It would still be custodial rape, where a person of authority working for a government institution has relations with someone entrusted to their care, legal age of consent or not.
