Smurf is having Craig keep Nicky around

For point pressure against her father.

That scene where we saw the dad asking for more money, and then him approaching the door to see these two together ? A subtle threat, a hostage situation. Craig isn't particularly interested in Nicky, he's already banging way hotter and more experienced women and we saw Smurf kinda force the relationship between them a few episodes ago when he had to take her away, he wasn't exactly fond of the idea to keep her distracted.

Everything the boys do is on Smurf's initiative being the control freak that she is.

J was offered a gun while he's still riding a damn bicycle, he can't run off very far that way.

I wrote this in an earlier post.

I thought it was another way of Smurf punking Paul, showing him that her and her family always has the upper hand. Psychology intimidation to the highest power, lol...

Not disagreeing with you but that doesn't seem like the smartest tactic. They have him complicit in a robbery. That's the bigger threat. To have her adult son banging a minor, particularly after J just threatened the cop over the same thing, is really stupid.

I did assume she wanted the father to see Nicky with Craig by sending him to the backdoor. It just doesn't seem smart, and she's not dumb.

Pretty much why he can't do anything about it.. They won't just leave him alone after a job like that in case the pressure is too much, they have to keep him close, keep a leash on him. It may not be the smartest tactic but it's the most appropriate for this fmaily, they're bullies.

I agree, it just adds another trash level to Craig. She's minor and now she's coke head. It makes no sense and even puts them on danger..she goes to school high or has coke on her and gets arrested they will pressure her where she got the coke etc etc.
This also angers Josh... he know knows he needs to be SMARTER if he wants to ever leave or wreck them and he's festering his hate with her hanging about.

Or when Craig dumps her. She's obviously vindictive so will she find another brother to bang or rat on them. Now she's around and will be privy to info.
