Like hell she can't. She's pretty hot, I'm sure she'd have no trouble finding a man her own age. I'm 31, I'd go for her in a heartbeat.

That is Jay's full name. It is stated in the Pilot.

He just goes by Jay.

In fact, it says it right on the IMDb page. Finn Cole is credited as
"Joshua 'J' Cody".
