Like I love the core concept but all those thousands of years of magic & that world still looks & feels like "Ours" for the most part.

And most of the history is more or less the same. So much wasted potential

It's basically, what if Training Day had Orcs & Elves. But get this, we don't do anything new or original with it. We just make it not good

I like that concept, magic added to a world we can still identify with.

It is hard to do well, or to make "believable", but it is a fun concept imo.

There were a lot of problems with this show. That was not one of them.
