in the first movie it was ok. this one. every 2 seconds a joke and a bad one. stop trying to be so comedic because you fail misrably. there was a scene where they made a joke about deadpool showing his baby dick. shut up already and be searious when you need to. dont try to be a comedy all the time. thats annoying
share"D2" was so goofy and unrealistic that its only hope was to work as a comedy. This was not a story that was possible to take seriously, at any level.
I can't say whether it worked, I only saw it for the first time last night, and I was too sick to have my usual sense of humor.

The only part I thought was cringy was the end where he took forever to die. Its already been done in movies like The Mask and didnt need to be redone here. The rest of it seemed pretty much like a standard Deadpool movie. I didn't find it to be as funny as Thor Ragnarok but DP2 did what it needed to do for the most part. Maybe a better Juggernaut battle would've helped? IDK

Even though they are around 4 generations apart, The Deadpool character and Groucho Marx were similar in that 99% of their lines were comedic, very little (if any) serious dialogue at all.
Groucho Marx meets Deadpool would be a interesting comedic excresice for a comedy writer.
You never heard of Deadpool before the films, have you?
