DP2 is coming in nearly identical to DP1....thats not what you predicted and certainly not what Fox was hoping for...

everything was pointing to DP2 opening Much Bigger than DP1.....that isnt happening...

DP2 is still going to be a smash hit....

but its clear your intentionally trying to exaggerate DP2s box office because it didnt quite do what was expected...

also, Not entirely sure A Gross Less than DP1 is what "hot box-office looks like".....

DP2 is now guaranteed to make less Domestically and World Wide than DP1...

DP2 has Zero chance at a 363 Million dollar total domestically like DP1....Its got too much summer competition...


and Its Especially not what "what hot box-office looks like" if DP2 doesnt get a Saturday Bump and at least Top DP1 by a tiny amount...

DP2's doing Great....no need to make desperate threads like this....You did the same thing when Justice League, Pacific Rim 2 and Tomb Raider had Bad opening weekends....You felt insecure about their Opening Weekends and Made threads claiming "They were RED HOT crowd Pleasers that would have great long term prospects and would LEG OUT"

I know you Expected DP2 to open over 150 M.....Yes that is DEAD....but you dont need to feel insecure and make desperate threads like this, DP2 is doing Great...

well Maybe you do need to feel somewhat Insecure....DP2 certainly isnt going to have Wonder Woman or Black Panther Type holds....

too bad DP2 did open like A Juggernaut Like AIW, and therefor didnt need WW holds, because it literally out Grossed WW in 8 days.....

Deadpool Opens to 125 Million and 175 Million Overseas......


This is what UNDER PERFORMING looks like, Guys.






Predictions going into the weekend had DP2 opening around 350 Million world Wide....with a 200 Million start overseas...

DP2 opened in almost every major market overseas this weekend, This isnt like MCU films that open in Half the Market overseas and then open in the other half the next weekend...

DP2 debuted overseas to 175 Million based on ALL ITS Markets

this will result in DP2 making around 400 to 450 Million Overseas....

Domestically DP2 is looking at 290 to 330 Million ....

HUGE DECLINES coming in every way for DP2....

with a WW gross coming between 690 to 780 Million(a lot closer to 690M IMO)

DP2 has officially Under performed......

still a HUGE hit(especially given its budget) but given everything DP2 had going for it...Its clear the first DP was the peak for the franchise and Their not going to be able to replicate that success again(just as I predicted queen)

Domestically this could even get UGLY for DP2....SOLO is coming next weekend....then JW2....HUGE drops coming

Deadpool 2 has been in release for 75 days and is still perking along, Worldwide: $734,395,466, (DP = Worldwide:
$783,112,979 for 126 days in release).

I don't think there was any evidence of a "Hot Box Office" but it is a persistent and determined Box Office.
