I don't know why but Chale is my favorite character on the show

The concept of the character Chale has great potential.

Unfortunately it has not been realised. I'm not quite sure if that comes down to poor acting, poor writing or a bit of both.

He is a funny character, though the writers make him too much of a wimp. Heck, Steve Urkel has more confidence than Chale.

Weird is the new normal.

I remember Chale from Rules of Engagement, except his name was Timmy and he was Indian.
