loved it, but some gripes with the last season

Some minor spoilers ahead of you haven't watched the show yet.

- I thought Kathy Griffin could have been given more of a story line rather than being a mere plot device for Chantal;

- Jeff Goldblum left a little too abruptly;

- Chantal's journey to turning savior was way too short, it's unrealistic for someone as self-absorbed as her. Although I suppose the story came full circle from season 1 as far as Chantal is concerned.

- Just what the heck is Jesper Society? I mean, come on! And all those people were known actors, too! They deserved more than a few seconds of screen time.

- We never do find out why Dory was attacked.

Anyone want to discuss?

a lot of good cameos/short appearances this season. I believe that Dory was attacked by the wife of the doctor who killed himself. She blamed Dory. The wife was also a member of the Jesper Society (appears to be based on IT). I thought the best part of season 5 was Elliot as Dr. Carpet. It was way funnier to me than it should have been. Overall it was a wacky way to end the series, but was better than season 4.

Yeah, I also thought of IT during that scene. 😊

Lots of funny moments throughout. "It's normal not to make your friend's partner feel included!" 😄
