So, when Dory brings up the fact Chantal was pregnant to her ex, Gavin, he's all HOW DID YOU KNOWOWOOWOW. And when she asks who the father of the baby was, he said "even if I knew, what good would it do telling you" etc.
But then at the end, it's revealed Chantal was not actually pregnant and the baby photo was her sisters' baby. So why did Gavin react like that?
Hmm I had forgotten about that conversation with the boyfriend. His reaction doesn't only read 1 way. He asks how she knows, and says he may or may not know who the father is. That doesn't mean he knew she was pregnant.
shareYeah, that crossed my mind too. Maybe he was just aware she was cheating and not pregnant, but easily believed it knowing she was cheating. I'd have to re-watch it I guess to see the nuances.
