Lets see taken one part the Middle with a female brit add end Alex P. Keaton, a Little Roseane, the guy from Drew Carey,,,you get an OK pilot, not funny but not bad, I'll give it another week, commercials made it seem much worst, same was true with Speechless, ABC should fire promo crew.

I will also give it a few weeks. Maybe the characters will become likable... but right now, only Katy Mixon & Diedrich Bader in the family are likable. The kids are horrible human beings (on the show, not IRL) and terrible actors. It's as if they're one-note characters.

We'll see, but I don't see this playing out too well. Other sitcom shows on ABC thrived because they're not one-note characters. Goldbergs: Takes place in the 80's based on Adam Goldberg's memoirs. Fresh off the Boat, originally based on Eddie Huang's book yet developed on its own to give the characters more depth. Same with others. I can't quite see this evolving on the same level.

It was horrendous and not funny. Urinating, bowel movements and female periods in the first 90 seconds. No thanks.

I had ZERO exceptions and this surpassed even that.

An utter train wreck.

Pure trash...

How bad were those pilots ABC rejected to green light this crapcom?

Meh. But sometimes the pilots suck. I'll give it another try. Not a lot of laughs unfortunately. At least there are no laugh tracks

A child supposed to have OCD who pees on the front lawn, and talks to her father in the bathroom, while he is having a bowl movement. Hello Child Protective Services.

If that wasn't crude enough, how about some good old menstruation, blood on the pants, sock in the underwear, tampon wind chime humor?

Now let's have that OCD kid vomit down mom's back.

Don't judge me for being fat, but I'll judge you for how thin you are. No, wait...I'll find a gal who is heavier than me...oh shoot, she's a bigot. I'll pretend to be in a lesbian relationship with a black gal.

Don't forget the homeless person, who also seems to be off his meds, which is why he is wearing donated women's clothes. Because men's clothes are never donated.

What a train wreck. I like Katy, but not in this. You can't have all the characters in a show drawn as characatures.

It was alright. I love Katy and Dietrich, so I had high hopes for this. The Pilot wasn't the worst, but it wasn't what I expected, either.
I will give the show a few weeks to find its footing, though. I think it takes about 4 episodes for a new show to find its stride.
