A complete waste of time

And I didn't really invest that much time in it. In the first 90 seconds, we heard the little girl tell her mom that she learned to pee outside - then we saw the dad sitting on the toilet having a bowel movement - and next the teenage daughter and her mom had a discussion about female periods. She said "I hope you don't tell the story where the blood soaked through your pants again."

I know, expecting good writing from network comedies is not worth the time, but when you consider "MASH", "Mary Tyler Moore" and "Will or Grace" there is a possibility of the writers coming up with comedy without going into the gutter. Or in this case, the toilet.

Don't waste another minute on this piece of crapola. Lately ABC has been placing a banner on the bottom side of the screen that says "FUNNY". This show is not.

I agree. The worst part was when the little daughter was in the bathroom with the dad while he was on the toilet. That was horrible.

Fortunately I didn't make it that far. How these writers and producers find this stuff funny is the real puzzle.

It's not only disgusting but it's an insult to the intelligence of real American housewives who have a lot more on our minds then how fat the across the street neighbor is. I found the show so insulting that I hope it gets canceled really quickly just so I don't even have to see the commercials much longer.
