Was any of the STUPIDITY exaggerated for the sake of creating tense drama? (SPOILER ALERT)
Was any of the STUPIDITY exaggerated for the sake of creating tense drama? Or did the movie depict exactly what happened?
1. Did Carl really shoot at the cops with a toy gun out a window?
2. Did all the people being terrorized really keep their mouth shut? Some sort of unspoken code of honor? To protect the reputation of dead and stupid Carl? And the fact that it was a toy gun, this had to be kept secret too? SMH.
3. Did the corrupt cops really faked each other out? Did the 3rd cop really shoot the victim because the other cops failed to let him know that they're only faking? SMH.
As I'm writing this, I'm coming to the end credits. It does say some scenes were dramatized since what actually occurred was never conclusive. But still, dramatizing is one thing, but exaggerating stupidity is another. It's hard for me to believe that's how it all went down. I mean who didn't see it coming that the 3rd cop was going to shoot for real, and that was the "twist" in the ending?
