The addictive nature of 24
I didn't start watching in the beginning. I happened to be traveling when season 5 had a 2 hour premiere so I thought I'd watch it at the hotel. That premiere hooked me so I started watching that season. I then started watching the previous seasons on DVD. They were very addicting. I would start watching on a Friday night. It would get late. The closing music would start, and I would say ok, just one more, then repeat until I noticed it getting daylight outside. I think that was before the widespread use of the term "binge watching".
