Just a bad movie
I'm not trolling. I simply found this movie to be unrealistic. That said, I only made it 20 minutes in.
Unrealistic moments:
- Cheer captain wakes up from 20 year coma much heavier than when she went into said coma. People don't gain weight while in a coma. Their dietary intake is strictly controlled.
- After waking from this coma, cheer captain sits bolt upright in bed and then what appears to be immediately after, walks down the hall of the hospital. Being in a coma that long, muscles in the body will atrophy (that means to waste away, get smaller). A person certainly wouldn't be able to just spring up in bed and absolutely wouldn't be able to WALK down the hall, period.
- Cheer captain wakes from the coma and notices two quite unimportant details: Birthday cards and a thin television. Those are the two details she notices?
- Then the most ridiculous scene is when she turns around and thinks she sees someone staring at her, but she is really looking in a mirror. Are you telling me they didn't have mirrors 20 years before? This might be the most cringe-worthy moment in any movie I've ever seen.
