It has officially been announced that 85 international countries will be receiving the theatrical release, although it doesn't seem they have released where.
shareYes there is still not much information out there. I also emailed the distributors regarding the details but never received a reply. Funny thing is Most of the website of Shinkai are mostly not in english. Which makes it even more difficult.

Well, I can tell you since I am Japanese, that not even on the Japabese pages has the locations been released.
It's possible that not all negotiations of theatrical release rights have been completed. My guess: an official announcement will come after the showings in Japan end (1-2 months).
