I have a question, please someone answer me [spoiler alert]

When Mitsuha afford to get to her father room (for the second time, after she fatally fell and injured, but incredibly recovery herself and waked up), then implore him to call for an urgent evacuation -> at this event, was Mitsuha actual Mitsuha?????? (Or at this event, Mitsuha was Taki's spirit in her body?)

It was Mitsuha in that instance as Taki and Mitsuha's souls returned to their respective bodies after kataware doki or "twilight".
