Most ppl don't even know what to expect from this movie.

Think the light-hearted humor in a small country village as in Memories of Murder + demon possession/exorcism like in The Conjuring

The movie involves the supernatural like demons, angels, shamans, etc but set in a realistic world.

But the plot is more like a whodunnit, all the way until the bitter bitter end.

Some feeble attempts at symbolism but a little too blatant as in "when the rooster crows three times" give me a break.

There's a f--kin ZOMBIE scene. just one zombie.

Its like a really long, terrible episode of Lost. You never find out what is the motivation of these supernatural forces, just like in Lost. its just there to serve as a mystery for mystery's sake. so many WTF moments. not WTF bc its interesting, but WTF bc the writing is so excruciatingly awful.

Don't believe the hype! Watch at your own risk of wasting 2.5 hours of your time.

That the lady in white said CAUSED the daughter to get possessed? Listening and reading subtitles sometimes gets me confused. Thanks in advance.

Yep. This movie is a complete disaster. There are so many things wrong with it that I don't even have the patience to list them all. The bottom line is that it's awful writing and story telling.

It's a Swiss cheese chunk of a genre film that's a full hour too long.
