Is there a possibility...(spoilers)

That Jong-Goo survived, we see at the end of the film when the corrupted/greedy Shaman who is working for the Demon comes and takes a photo of the dead family, what the underling does not realise however that Jong-Goo is not infact, dead.

This highlights two things, supposedly.

1. Jong-Goo now knows the Village Spirit was indeed telling the truth
2. The Stranger is infact a Demon

We can only hope through a sheer force of will he survives the wounds, to cooperate with the mountain spirit, some say the fade to black at the end was him dieing, some say it is simply a traditional technique of closing the film.

What say you, is there any chance or unwitting hero made it?
