I quite enjoyed. I thought that it was kinda a same old same old feel with the vampires... but I think the plot is kinda cool. I didn't find the acting that bad, and I like the characters! Am I the only one?

I expect same old same old vampire story. Did not expect they give a refreshing, complete story about why and how vampires rise again. Basically Old Faithful in Yellow Stone National Park has doomed Americans. Either Hillary or Trump did not survive her or his term.

i very much enjoyed both eps as well. i just hated the 2 big baddies (husband & wife?). they are the opposite of threatening/"scary"/etc. if they just had one or 2 of the lower type vamps (or maybe some Nosferatu/Barlow-ish type) as the big baddies or if they had cast 2 people (to play the husband/wife vamps) who actually had good scary/intense/etc on screen presence then the show would be even more enjoyable. i can't properly express how lame i find the husband/wife vamp duo.
