I wished they had not killed off Susan so soon. Should've killed off the doctor instead. Susan was hot and proved that she could fight when she had to. Would've been better if they had her dying while saving Vanessa's daughter. Oh well. Hopefully they won't take out Theo anytime soon. I want to see him take out some more vamps, and him Vanessa are a good match too.
sharei am pissed they killed of Susan. she was a good character played by a good actress. they keep getting rid of interesting/good characters and it's annoying. Mohammad & Vanessa alone cannot carry this show. having a feral/vamp'd out Sam (while fun) isn't going to be able to carry this show. the 2 lead vamps (Anne Rice rejects) are laughably horrible. just let Julius (who's not much better but he's at least better than the 2 Anne Rice fanfic rejects) be main baddie.

We get little of her back story, the serial killer comes out in the open and another good character is gone. Killing good characters makes a show stronger only if they have more good characters that can carry it.

We were supposed to feel more sad for the miserable disturbed creature he is than for the one who had just lost his life. And yeah, the "translator" who tagged along only to keep the translation for himself...

That's my point. You want to keep people watching you have to have characters that they rally behind. The only ones worth watching are Vanessa, Muhammed, Axel,Susan, and Flesh. Theo seems pretty cool, and hoping they make the most of his character and not let him be canon fodder. Muhammed's new girlfriend is interesting. Having Sam become a Feral vamp was cool too, but he should have butchered Doc instead. Yes she saved Vanessa and that baby and her mom, but it would've been cool to see karma catch up to her for Axel's sake. They could've done alot more with Susan's character's past as a human and vampire. Oh well. I like the actress that plays Susan, but damn she gets killed in almost every movie and TV show she's in.

On one hand, I enjoy when writers take the "hard" decisions and especially if we are dealing with the apocalypse, the main characters can't all be wearing plot armor t-shirts. Some of them have to die. Just look at Dominion and what happens when they refuse to kill characters... But you can't kill all of them ! We are watching a tv show, tuning in for each new episode for several weeks, months and if we are lucky enough for years. When the plot gets too obscure and some bad episodes happen, we keep watching for the characters. The "core characters" don't have to survive as long as in The Walking Dead but who will bd worth rooting in season 2 ?
Well... there's still some hope Axel isn't dead, Flesh might make a come back with Pretty Face Zorro and Doc, or not.

I don't see the point of all the wasted time getting to know Susan just for them to kill her off. The writing on this show is all over the place. I kind of suspected the serial killer was Sam, but it would have been better if he'd killed Doc instead.
I don't feel like they have enough story or main characters to hold this show together.

So many people defending the killing of characters, but every good writer knows, to tell a good story you need good characters.
There's very little point in creating this world if you're only going to use everyone you meet as expendable material.
I liked Susan, but I'm still shocked about AXEL.
BUT then again, the show and the writing really is pretty terrible.
you better be careful district, Octavius-Chimera will come and tell you you are completely wrong and that you should just go watch a different show AND that the writing on this show is perfect. lol.
