Why ruin so many good characters for no reason?

The core group was pretty good and could've carried the show for a few years. I can't fathom why they made sure to turn them all into people you couldn't root for by the end of the season.

This and Aftermath feel very hard to watch. It's like they can't stay in one direction and just flit all over the place like gnats or hyperactive children.

Pasta, i watch AFTERMATH too! Vanessa on this show and Brianna (blonde twin sister on AFTERMATH) are the only 2 left on each respective show that i like. on AFTERMATH though it has the mind-numbingly horrible other twin sister Dana and her equally vile mom (Heche).
