Watching the preview for episode 11, I expected Axel to be the guy on the radio. Well... I was wrong.

Oddly, the characters/actors with one exception all have 13 episodes listed, although they haven't appeared in all of the episodes shown so far.

Watched the whole thing on Netflix today

He crawls out of the bunker just before the finale fades to black. He was turned though
