yeah, but i really don't think it was John. he seemed in shock when they found the severed finger in his jacket (that i'm sure the real killer planted there). i'm fairly sure it's going to end up being Sam. either that or the writers decided to scrap the serial killer storyline and abruptly had it be John. Sam's incorrect lip reading (of the invader group back at the clinic) leads me to believe he's the killer. also Christopher Heyerdahl (Sam) is far too good an actor to not have him end up being a crazed serial killer.

The interesting thing is, if you go back to when Brendan's buddy was killed on the operating table, we can see John sat on a chair in the background the entire time. He had ab alibi lol.
I don't know why they put that in they synopsis. Nothing was revealed in that bloody mess, let alone who the serial killer was.
