Higher score?

I watched the first 2 episodes of this last night, and although it follows Netflix'a trend of a dystopian future, this time run by vampires, (original) it's actually pretty gripping.
I'm yet to see the rest of it, but I thought it was really well done, the story is great, acting is great, I'm hoping for a winner. Not like that awful The Strain! That was a pile of *beep*

To be fair, I really quite enjoyed episodes 1 and 2, but after that, it just took a huge nose dive with characters that were frankly annoying, weird, and just behaving very strangely.

There aren't many - if any - likeable characters, and all it's all just a bit rubbish.

Actually, it's a LOT rubbish!

I have only watched 4 episodes and it does not look like a 5.6 show to me, it must get worse the further along it gets. I have been watching Aftermath and that has a similar rating, VH is a much better show than that imho.

Yeah I tried to watch episode 3, and I wasn't feeling it.
One flashback episode would have been fine. I wanna see what's happening now she's woken up.

It absolutely gets worse.
By about episode 6 or 7 I was mad at myself for letting myself watch this far.
The writing is horrible.

Group A saves Group B's lives.
Group B thanks Group A by imprisoning and trying to kill Group A.
Group A regains control and Group B is genuinely surprised that Group A would save their own lives and doesn't want Group B to live with them anymore.

Friggin ridiculous.

Actual vampires are more realistic than the reactions and dialogue of the regular humans are.
