I've binge watched them over the last few nights whilst working late, and have enjoyed them. They're not brilliant or particularly original, but they're fun. :-) I have to admit, it does suffer a little from the old "Characters have to do something stupid for the plot to progress" cliche, but it's not as bad as many shows.
The other thing that annoys me is the "character gets captured, but unlike everyone else, the villains don't kill them so they have a chance to escape". Admittedly, it usually at least has a reason for it (again, unlike many shows), but it still gets tiresome.
The overall tone and production were really good, though. I hope it gets a second season, to see where it goes! The best character was definitely Axel. He was a good guy who just didn't take any $hit, and usually acted sensibly. After that, I thought Susan had the chance to be one of the more interesting characters... :-(
