What the hell. Seriously? She's a psychopath that needs to be put down. The previous episode she showed her psychotic cuckoo outburst and no one from her group is seeing this? Then she decided to poke everyone in the cage with a spear. Come on!

I don't think it has anything to do with the actress's performance but the poor script she had to work with. She was asked out of nowhere to act like a crazy irrational person, she did and was very convincing.
This subplot was completely unnecessary. Brendan and his crew trying to take hospital-camp for themselves was enough reason for Axel's team to get rid of them. And that decision was taken the minute Brendan locked them in a cage.
Crazy girl and her spear were only there to show "Hey viewers, apocalypse can do this to people".
I love the hospital part but we wasted too much time there, time we could have spent on the Vamp leaders, or the resistance.
Really you didn't like her acting??? I couldn't understand why they didn't just grab it and break it by throwing their weight against the spear. It would've either ripped it out of her hands or broken and left them with the knife.
But nope, I'll grab the shafted and let her pull the knife through my hands and get sliced open.
