Anyone catch this yet?
I read the book years ago but the reviews on this series haven't looked so promising.

BORING.
I couldn't make it through the first half before I turned it off.
It's on my DVR.
shareI thought it was pretty good.

I'm going to give it a shot and since I don't always take to things right away I'll give it a few episodes before throwing in the towel.
They made The Passage pretty lukewarm but that was on regular network broadcast.
They can't help themselves.
I enjoyed the first episode. I don’t know anything about the source material so I will def continue watch if it continues to be interesting.
shareAfter the first two episodes I'm disappointed but not ready to give up. It's not scary but I'm hoping they're slowly leading up to better stuff. Time will tell. . . . . .
What looks promising is the show they keep advertising, The Terror: Infamy, due to start on AMC on 8/12. I'm looking forward to that one.
I really enjoyed S1 of The Terror until the end when it got weird. It would have worked better as a psychological thriller where the "monster" turned out to be a regular polar bear and their minds twisted it into something else.
shareI'm glad you liked The Terror. Very unfortunately I couldn't get into it. I didn't watch past episode 2 so I'm hoping this next one is better.
shareYes, I watched the first season and really liked it. Quinto plays an awesome nasty character. I also like Cummings and Smith in it, good portrayals. I like this show, kind of a new twist on a supernatural type story.
Just watched the first season marathon and was really into re-watching it, which surprised me a bit. Looking forward to season 2 which starts June 21.
