I know and use this cinema well (Pinewood Studios), and the audience is full of "regulars"; their anger at the end was palpable.
This film should be compulsory viewing in schools!
I saw it today. Not only did basically everyone stay throughout the entire credit sequence which is extremely rare here in Holland, one person tried to applaud but quickly stopped due to everyone being deathly silent, and several people were in tears.
This was one of the hardest movies I've sat through in years. Very beautiful, but it really felt like my heart was stepped on and then stomped into the dirt.
