I really liked it. Can't be taken literally though. People who don't like it might call it self-indulgent, but it is an art film and artists are just that.

Of course not. It's an allegorical film about God, creation, the Earth, Adam and Eve, etc.

i remember seeing this in theatres and thought it was pretty good! reminded me of old Bunuel films etc. surrealist vibes
