Did anyone ever claim Ant-Man made a billion?
No one ever claimed an individual Ant Man film made a or would make a Billion dollars. BUT someone did say that Ant Man is a billion dollar franchise, which it is now. The two films so far did indeed gross over $1 Billion together and the 3rd (if there is a trilogy) might very well make that total $2 Billion.
Andre's insane diatribe combines all of the films of the DCEU as if they are a Man of Steel franchise which the DCEU isn't and yes Superman has appeared in 3 of the films. Nothing more than the silly and inane ramblings of DCEU and Andre, who both just might as well be the same person, trying to be relevant.
My question is HOW did you find that silly rant of his? Who would go looking to see and or listen to what this person has to belch out? Yeah, yeah I gave him a click because I didn't know what it was. That's on me.
I noticed Andre also listed Suicide Squad as a Man of Steel franchise despite Supes not even showing up in that movie.

I watch CBC on YouTube and saw the episode about Ant-Man being a billion dollar franchise. He's right, combined the two movies grossed over a billion dollars. Truth hurts some people, I guess.

Andre also likes to rail about Trump but he himself peddles conspiracies, untruths and flat out lies about almost everything. He loves to call names and he loves to pick silly fights. He is VERY unpopular and he likes to plant stories just like Trump. Methinks he is trolling for Trump supporters and none of them is biting because his anti-Trump rants are just nothing more than name calling.
Back to Ant-Man & The Wasp though, this movie and franchise is indeed a smaller more low-key but solid piece of entertainment and deserves the money it has earned.
I notice that he equates MCU fans with Trump supporters which is... odd to say the least.

What has someone's politics got to do with comic book movies? I'm sick politics being dragged into entertainment and entertainment discussions. He has no real argument if that's one of his talking points.
shareHis politics have nothing to do with Comic Book Movie entertainment directly but the monetization of Social Media platforms mean that people need clicks any which way they can get them.
Plus some have turned politics into sport AND entertainment as if there are no real consequences. I personally don't mind non-partisan politics in many things when you are dealing with mature adults and real people.
Yeah but nothing is non-partisan anymore. No one can laugh anymore without someone or some group being the target in a malicious and personal way. I'm sick of it. They've ruined late night television, are ruining comic books and I fear they are about to damage the MCU with needless politics.

But yeah, it's probably not the same guy as DCEU keeps making up his real identity while Andre is more upfront about it.
Andre for the longest time on IMDB used to disavow he was Andre and used to also create Sock puppets to both agree with him and or comment on his own threads.
Andre and DCEU are the same person in my world. Their collective likes, dislikes and style of typing and speaking are too much the same to be different people. They both use the same comebacks and so-called insults. They both disappear and or get banned for periods of time and then have to create new handles or aliases.
