shareI'm not a medical professional but I read the Daily Mail. People survive gunshot wounds as long as they don't lose too much blood. Put pressure on the wound to stop on the wound or use a tourniquet to stop the bleeding if it's a big gash.
I think a survivor would need a catheter and a drainage bag. I know doctors can reconstruct various appendages but I don't believe the organs regain all of their functions. The DM article below shows that doctors can now fit men with bionic penises.

I assert that it is the best source for information concerning world news, celebrity news, health, history, etc. I read the Daily Mail and I often tell uninformed foreigners about the current events in their country after reading about it in the DM.

Most of the news outlets in the US are owned by large corporations or megalomaniac billionaires. Comcast owns NBC. Disney owns ABC. Viacom owns CBS. CNN is owned by Warner Media. Bezos owns the Washington Post and Rupert Murdoch owns Newscorp/Fox/WSJ. Daily Mail was owned by a corporation that focused mainly on the news but it looks like they are going private.
The Daily Mail is not locked behind a paywall and it provides comprehensive coverage of the news of the world. I do think it's best to look at multiple sources to find the full story. There are probably better sources BUT they are usually locked behind paywalls. The DM is also a digest so the articles usually succinctly communicate the important facts in a couple pages. I've read some WSJ/NYT articles that are twenty pages. Most people don't have time to spend all day reading a paper.
