Looks very bland. Like a Miss: Impossible - Rouge Nation.

You're an idiot, that was a serious movie, this looks like parody

reply

I think you missed the joke.

reply

Nah. More like Kingswoman: The Secret Service.

This guy gets it.

Kristen Stewart looks nice.

Also, all the girls in 2000 film were hot. C'mon.

"and none of the girls are pretty, except the black chick is hot, though she looks too unreal kinda like a wax doll.

(of course the girls in the 2000 movie weren't pretty, either)"

Yeah, and now you just sound like a frustrated virgin who says that all women are ugly because you can't get any.

I don't mean to say that this is what you are, I really don't know. But you sure sound like it.

I have to say, it doesn't do much for me. The 2000 film looked a lot more fun.

It's kind of nice to see Kristen Stewart again though.

A show about women doing their thing, and hollywood still needed to switch the gender of the only male role. I wonder if charlie will be a chick as well?

reply

I guess they'll make him black.

Too much comedy, not enough exciting over the top action. It lacks style.

The 2000 Charlie's Angels was from The Matrix era, where every movies look cool doing wire-fu adapted from Hong Kong movies combined with slick camera movements and slow motions.

This one, judging from the trailer, looks generic. They need something new. Wire-fu is not new anymore. Slow motions is even worse. Should've adopted the The Raid / John Wick style fast action, fast movements, one hit kill, etc. The new action movie trend.

Are you implying that Final Cut Pro v. 10.4.6 will no longer allow me to edit my videos in slow motion? But then it dawned on me, why were both Deadpool films loaded with slow-motion action sequences, some even super slo-mo, a la The Matrix, a.k.a., "bullet time" as Warner Bros. has coined and copyrighted the expression?:

Okay, I now realize that my tastes and preferences are not so obsolete after all. Besides, freeze motion, and variations thereof, is by no means a new concept. This technique was in use even before the invention of cinema--thus I highly doubt it will ever go out of style.
