Does anyone think this show is majorly creepy?

I'll grant I was mystified by this show and watched the free streaming episodes. But it is really creepy. Why do we need creepy stuff like this to waste time on. Is wasting the time of the public the actual goal of our media? That is, to keep everyone in a mindless idiot state with junk like this so that we continue to slide in educational level relative to the rest of the world, and create people dumb enough to vote for people like you-know-who?

Not every show is for everyone. You don't find it of interest? Just skip it. Others disagree, so they will watch it. There are a lot of shows out there I don't care for, and you know what my solution is? I simply don't watch it or stop watching it. Problem solved.

If people enjoy watching Preacher, they’re not wasting their time. I’m not sure how watching a TV show keeps people in a “mindless idiot state”. Are these people watching the show 24/7?

I think it's more than creepy. It's really good.

It has that certain mix of things. Old western, new age theocrazy, kill bill, and most importantly, a heart felt message - that is, piss snowflakes off.

I love it :)

Go back to Charmed if it's more your whitelighter style.
