It has to be Christian Berkel. I think he is perfect, just rewatched The Man from U.N.C.L.E. and the first scene I saw him I couldn't help but imagine a nice scar runnning along his head. He is german, bald and has portrayed similar types of people very well in his career already.

I couldn't help imagining Christoph Waltz in less of an overtly "tough guy" but equally dangerous take on the character. The scene in which Starr is introduced in the comics reminded me of him.

Apparently, Herr Star is already cast. I hear he was that guy watching the snuff film in the movie theater in one of the eps.
I thought that was Quincannon , but it was apparently confirmed on Talking Preacher that it was Herr Starr. Mind you, I can't stand Chris Hardwick , so I don't really bother to watch any of those " Talking ( insert show here ) " things. This is all stuff I've heard on another forum.
I think it was a placeholder actor, which is why we didn't see his face.
