if they can make Preacher is Hitman next?

I love Garth Ennis and was thrilled to see Preacher made into a series, even with the changes i thought it was great fun and think season 2 showing the road trip they go on could be comedy gold.

With all the Superhero popularity i would love to see the next different type of comic up for live action to be Ennis's other amazing comic 'Hitman', about a hitman who gets superpowers and uses them to kill supervillains (and sometimes superheroes) the comedy always felt in a similar vein, though less serious (mostly) and with this tv series doing well plus more Superhero movies getting an R rating are there any fans who think this would work and would they watch it?

It is also set in the unknown areas of Gotham and he interacts a lot with the police who are usually crooked, if they span this off of Gotham (with writers who could appreaciate the comedy and dark humour this could bring) the possibilities are just too good.

I know im probably just being hopeful, but are there any Garth Ennis fans who could see this being awesome.
