The idea of the story was so epic but the execution was lame.

The whole scene where Joker killed Lois was so contrived and beyond ridiculous. Superman can casually hear Batman from far far away but can't hear Lois being kidnapped eventhough he knows Joker was in Metropolis. Not a good start lol.

If you can't show how Joker could kill Lois without Superman intervenes just before it happens then simply don't show it. Just start the movie with the fact that Joker already killed Lois, somehow. It's part of the premise of the story, a what-if concept. The story is basically a what if Joker killed Lois. He just can. No need to explain.

In fact, the movie annoyingly did this to Ras Al Ghul who apparently can create a random robot that's stronger than Superman. He just can. No explanations given.

Also, pacing was so fast the whole thing feels like a montage instead of a movie.
