shareIt doesn't look good. But I think I know what the pitch was to get them to sign up. They were probably told the games were like a punk western version of 'Guardians of the Galaxy' and the movie would play the same way with audiences. The trailers felt very much James Gunn-lite.

shareYeah I can imagine that that was the pitch. Jack Black said in a podcast recently that he signed up for this because his kids wanted him to do it.
