For Christ's Sake IMDb Start Removing Fake Reviews

This is a terrible film and yet 98% of reviews give it 8-10 stars (the majority giving it 10 stars). This is so obviously fake reviews/ people being paid to give a 10 star review/ people involved in the film leaving 10 stars, it is not funny.

IMDb is broken, whatever you do people, DO NOT listen to the fake reviews! THIS IS A TERRIBLE FILM.

Yeah... those faith-based films are ghastly. I have no patience for them and always regret spending any time on them.

I do think those reviews and ratings aren't an indication of IMDb being broken - I think it's fundamentalist Christians who would swoon at the worst rubbish if it's a Christian film. And probably people who aren't Christian avoid the films altogether - if they realize it's a faith-based film. I certainly do, but I have been watching a film unaware that it's a Christian film. Funny how it happens... I start watching the film and see how the characters are one-dimensional and exaggerated, the acting stilted, the direction poor, the story line simple and I get that feeling... is this a Christian film? I look it up, see that it is, and STOP right there! I move on to more interesting things. Counting the hairs on my cat, for example.

I think those high scores are just a measure of the very low quality expected by fundamentalist Christians when watching films that fit their world view.

The only exception I have seen to the high ratings of terrible Christian movies is "C Me Dance." That film was so terrible, I would rather slam my fingers in a drawer than sit through it again. I was doing mindless paperwork and had it on and actually allowed the whole thing to play through... it was SO bad that it was strangely mesmerizing. I've never seen such an awful movie - before or since.

If you ever want to experience motivation for homicide, watch that film. You'll want to throttle every person involved in the production of that blight on filmmaking. And as I write this, its rating is 1.4. Much higher than it should be, but a lot more realistic than most Christian film ratings.

No one who is missing teeth SHOULD wear a good suit, whether Armani, Aboud, Sulka, Brooks Bros. custom, etc., no more than have a Dunhill lighter, a Patek-Philip wristwatch or drive a Bently, Bugatti or Koenigsegg—but they do. They also drink Crystal Champagne, exposing themselves as gangsta riche and tres déclassé, but with automatic weapons and GED diplomas.
