It's possible. Did they ever say how old he was? Even if he was in his 20s, it's possible he's never had sex.

He drew all those configurations so I thought he was trying other things for sexual satisfaction that you can do with something that doesn't have a sex organ. It's possible he's a virgin but what 20 something male hasn't watch some porn, virgin or not.
