So I noticed that after Eleanor's memories are wiped, the sign says 'Welcome! Everything is great!' When at the beginning of the season it said 'Welcome! Everything is fine.' What other subtle or not so subtle changes do you think the 'good' place will have? Perhaps. . . Ice cream instead of frozen yogurt?
I noticed that instead of fro-yo, it was different pizza places in the background when Eleanor and Michael are walking through the neighborhood. Eleanor is also wearing a dress rather than a plaid shirt and jeans, and Michael's bowtie is different (I immediately rewatched the pilot after the final). Some small things, like the unlikely animal friendships and the details of the "Wrong Eleanor"'s life work on the screen are slightly altered, and of course, she has a new soulmate-- a mailman from New Jersey-- which plays into Eleanor's many mentioned love of hot postal workers.
