Jamie Foxx is supposed to be a "plays both sides" undercover cop in his current movie Sleepless. If there hasn't been a peep from Spike Lee about it, I doubt there's one about this TV show.

Why do they give out letter jackets to marching band? It's not a sport! We all know it!

If it would have been a black cop; then it would just be copying the movie. This is a direct sequel, not a remake.
