Do younger people like this movie?

I went to a theater and there were 4 twenty something people in the theater. When it was over they were all crazed that they had to sit through such a terrible movie. One of the woman sounded almost insane when she talked about how much she hated it. So is this movie more for older people, or were these people in my theater just out of it?

Yeah, idk about them. I'm thirty and a guy and I really liked it for the most part. I would think a lot of younger people would relate to it being a rebellious age and trying to seem cooler than they actually are and all that stuff.

I'm trying to go for an engaging, funny youtube channel so, if you have the time, take a look. Hope you enjoy what you see and if you have any thoughts or criticisms, i'd love to hear them. Thanks in advance. A review of the movie here-

I suppose a lot of teens, not having finished being teens yet, might not appreciate it as much as adults who've completed adolescence yet. I don't know about twenty somethings; maybe it depends if they're more on the 22 side or more on the 28 side. In my early 20's I may not have been as removed from high school as necessary to have the perspective I had even by my late 20's. I'm 31 though which isn't terribly old overall and I thought it was a great film.

I'm 28 and I didn't enjoy this movie very much. There were a few funny scenes, but overall I found most of the characters intolerable.
I much preferred Gerwig's other film Mistress America, but at least Lady Bird wasn't as painful to watch as Frances Ha.

Call Me By Your Name is my favorite movie also.

I'm 23 and male...

but 23-year-old women would probably like it.

As usual, it depends on the person.

I saw it at the same time as my daughter, and she liked it a lot.
