Because this film ruined jla by not letting henry cavill to shave his moustache #BoycottMi6
looney tunes
shareYou'll have a mouthful of "your own shit" by the time this opens. It's going to be on youtube live, right?
shareIt was JL not JLA, ffs! And you called yourself DCEU Fantic (whatever that means) Army??
shareJla =Justice league of America lol read comics
shareBut the MOVIE you reference is Justice League.
Because even America did not want to lay claim to that horrible film.
exactly, like the Marvel "Cinematic" Universe (MCU) does not want to lay claim to those horrible TV shows like that cheap below-10% X-Men rip off, right? Or are MCUs literally just too obtuse to understand what words mean, like Marveltard.
shareYou mean like Grant Gustin was in Justice League? Or how Arrow, Supergirl, Black Lightning of the Legends of Tomorrow were all referenced in the DCEU movies?
Oh, wait......
sigh, "oh wait" indeed, you are per definition slow. I don't give a squishy raccoon turd about your dumb beefcakes-in-tights comics or shows.
My joke was on your childish hypocricy above, playing on the fact that the makers of the MCU do not know what "Cinematic" means as the MCU - according to Marvel - explicityl includes TV shows and other media.
The DC universe is per definition a multiverse/elseworld concept (look up what that means), all these annoyingly popular superhero shows like Flash, Arrow, Supergirl & Co play in a different universe than the DCEU (which is not even officially called that).
Your response was thus as clumsy as it was stupid. Try again.
Okay, let's try again.
1) Trust me, I know FAR more about the multiverse/elseworlds concept than you do. Hell, I was championing D/WB doing a full out JSA movie set in WW2....until I saw how they couldn't even handle Justice League. So, they may WANT a multiverse, but maybe they need to work on doing a successful UNIverse before branching out. Even YOU call their most successful outing (the "Arrowverse") annoying.
2) As much as I was among others hoping for a Daredevil/Luke Cage cameo in Infinity War or Coulson showing up with the helicarrier in Age of Ultron, I get that internal pissing matches and whining are keeping that from happening (although I do hear that Coulson is showing up in Captain Marvel) and frankly I would be less than thrilled to have to work with uber-hack Jeph Loeb. In DC's case, they knew that fans WANTED Gustin on the big screen and WANTED an Arnell cameo and pissed on it because Snyder has a "vision".
3) "Cinematic" - relating to motion pictures. Or the other definition - having qualities characteristic of motion pictures. Not television....not cartoons. So, it's not "Explicityl" (or a word we have in English you may like; explicitly) including TV or other media. Maybe you meant "implicitly" since the definition is pretty straight forward? I mean, you'd still be wrong, but at least that's an opinion as opposed to a fact.
so you tried again pal, but deflected. Should have trusted Yoda, there just is no "try".
Your surrender is accepted....the rest is semantics:
(ad 1) I did not call the Arrowverse annoying (I have just seen SuGi S3, which was fine) I called it "annoyingly popular". Now, thats a difference (and a straw man).
(ad 3) I meant "explicitly". And no, "implicitly" would not make any sense here as it was officially defined what parts constitute MCU. And TV, Comics and other media are still included. Thusly, Marvel can't even get the name right (or they are so horribly ashamed of the other media). QED.
Btw, starting out with "Trust me" or similar indicates an BS-er and a weak position, trust me (;
Cheerio, bro.
I gave you the actual definitions of the words. Just man up.
I'd love it if DC could pull off 1/10th of what Marvel did. And if they keep Snyder away, they might. As it is, they are now in a position only the Universal "Dark Universe" envies.
You must be fun in court. You deflected and showed ignorance of the term "cinematic". If you, (even under your unspecified "definition") believe "motion pictures" referes to comic books and TV content as well, well then you are too far gone already (intellectually). Own up to it.
You are barking your DC ramblings up the wrong tree. All I know is DC produced some of the best and the worst genre films in the last 50 years, Marvel is just too kiddy for me (except Logan and such, which is on par with Nolan).
Cavill's mustache was so ashamed to be in JL it asked to be CGI'd out.
shareNope. Sorry nerdface, this is the movie I am most looking forward to this year. Geting tired of Superhero films. The MI films much more satisfying.
shareThe pissing matching over Cavill's mustache is one of my favorite Hollywood stories. "We need him to shave." "No way, pal!" "But he's Superman!" "Sit on it and twirl!" Great stuff.
shareLmao, it amazes me, and impresses me a little, how many obsessed fanboys the ultra-shitty DCEU franchise has managed to create
It shows that DC uber-fans will take ANYTHING they are given (and I love DC comics)
I never read a DC comic, but considering your obsession with feces you sound like a Marvel fan. Ever suck a squishy raccoon turd hidden in your pillow?
shareTop of the BO for the second week in a row, guess your boycott isn't working.
