Scraping the Bottom of the Barrel

You have to wonder! Since we see the small frame, the extremely young, and the tiny females in this job but likely they are a better dramatic story for the show. Is there no one else? Recruitment must be desperate if these are the only takers because of what the State offers by way of extremely low pay, extremely high stress and forced overtime 12+ hours. On this show I see a lot of inflated egos and irritating attitudes.

Where are all the big guys that would crush those unruly belligerent inmates? It's got to be a lousy low paying job not worth the investment and risk as the extremely high turnover rate would confirm. If the job paid well, was less stressful, great benefits, and highly regarded there would be lines forming, competition, and better candidates to apply for the job.
