I agree she has no authority behind her voice, talks back to the inmates appeasing them and never writes up any of the inmates yet says she doesn't like the way they treat her, well do something about it!

The other one is Fabian, he just let those inmates rummage through the paperwork in the control and walk out with it and didn't do nor say anything about it, he should be fired! He even berates himself saying stuff like well I am a little kid. No you are 18 now and a God dam CO act like it, if you think badly and little about yourself how are they supposed to feel about you.
Besides that major thing with the paperwork he says it wasn't anything important, everything is important, what may not be important to him may be important to an inmate plus that kid can NEVER find his keys.
He really needs to be fired too.

I worry. I don't think they should be hiring straight out of high school kids for his job or at least not to be amongst the inmates right away, stick them on traffic for a while like LiLy originally was. Plus a lot of these straight out of high school kids that they hire, didn't graduate high school, sad.

I hate Lilly. She is a weak, pathetic little girl. She doesn't command any respect what so ever. I hate her stupid baby voice and constant deer in the headlights look. I'm waiting for her to get her ass handed to her by one of the inmates. She's easy prey.

She has absolutely no business working inside of a prison. Yes, she is dumb as sin, but she is also about 100 pounds. I hope she gets assulted.

I think its pretty arrogant, and insulting that she assumes that she is physically capable of handling a situation if it escalates.

She is what you get for the low pay offered to COs.

She should have never been hired. Imagine a prison being run entirely by Lillies. A hundred Lillies could apply for the positions and because of laws they can't discriminate and would have to hire them all. What would they say to the second Lillie, "oh sorry, we already have a Lillie, next." Ridiculous.
