... I could not - and still cannot - stop laughing at the bit with the security guard on acid, mumbling gibberish and being taken away by the cops.
That and the fact that it was that idiot Ray who poured the acid into him.
I know that it's not really supposed to be a funny situation and the film is excellent; but that guard on the stretcher, tripping balls, trying to talk to the cops... oh man, I'm in tears of laughter just thinking about it. It's taking me forever just to type this up.

I felt the same way. When Ray started pouring the acid into his mouth I thought he was an absolute fool, because acid is supposed to be taken in droplets, pouring that kind of quantity into his mouth would likely cause permanent brain damage and possibly death. But then when he woke up yelling at the cops I couldn't stop laughing! very well acted.

As a former LSD user I can say that it takes a while to affect you.
Like 30-45 min.
That was too quick and unreal.
